Whats the best way to keep your skin on your face healthy?
I am starting to get dry skin on my forehead and around my nose im trying that clean and clear wake up organge stuff…but how else can i keep my skin healthy? like what foods help and whats a better product to buy…i dont have horrible acne or anything but i want better looking skin. help?

Wash it three times a day, doing it in the shower is the best!

Eating fish gives your skin a healthy glow, or taking fish oil capsules.


Try getting more healthy fats into your diet.
I’m in an online nutrition course and in the chapter on Good Fat the instructor says:

“The first year I began using coconut oil and flax oil in my diet regularly, my longtime
problem with wintertime dry skin and eczema disappeared completely. Further, my
lifelong circulation problems (cold hands and feet) stopped that winter as well.”

The bad fats are ALL vegetable oils, hydogenated oils, and margarine. Get foods that have those things in them out of your daily diet and you’ll be on your way to better health. The good stuff is extra-virgin olive oil, flax oil, and coconut oil. I don’t have access to coconut oil, so I use olive oil and butter (butter isn’t a health food, but is preferable in cooking to shortening, margarine, veg oil, and lard)
