eat a lots of fresh vegetables.that is enough.no need to go for treatments.
It is a common myth that people with oily skin should not use moisturizer… THEY SHOULD!
Those of use that have oily skin tend to use cleansers that are harsh and over dry our skin, giving us that tight feeling. The skin than reacts thinking that it is not producing enough oil and kicks the oil production into overdrive! Which in turns makes our oily skin worse! Which is why people with oily skin feel it is a never ending battle!
I have been there! I too have really oily skin with a dry noise and I thought that I needed to suck up all the oil on my face, only to find out that our skins chemistry is working against us.
The best way to attack oily skin with some dry spots is to use a moisturizer… I know… WHAT!?!? But won’t that make my skin really oily? NO
You can continue to use you oil control cleanser, but for the break outs add an astringent that has salicylic acid in it to help with the break outs. AND try a MILD moisturizer that is designed for oily skin. I personally have fallen in love with Mary Kay’s Classic Line formula 3. I follow up the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer with an over the counter acne spot treatment that has benzole peroxide in it to give the stubborn pimples an extra zap! (BUT I only use it directly on the zits/pimples not all over the face which could cause excess drying) (Clean and Clear I believe has a kit out that I hear is pretty decent as well) (I also only use the spot treatment and toner at night)
using a powder foundation instead of a liquid foundation will also help control the oil during the day (physicians formula has a great powder foundation!) and it will not clog your pores as liquid does and if you do choose liquid stick with one that says it is noncomedogenic which means it won’t clog pores (neutrogena has a great one for that!)
I hope that helped you out. I know the struggle, I have totally been there!!
drink more water, steam your skin, you and no-oil toner etc
One important thing when it comes to your skin is finding that fine balance from too much or not enough oil. I most certainly reccomend the Mary Kay time wise products for your skin. From what i can already tell you would need the combination formula. I would be more then happy to help you obtain your products at a wonderfullly discounted cost that you wont get through other MaryKay consultants. I really think this could be alot of help to you. Also keep in mind that MaryKay produts are 100% use it-LOVE IT! or RETURN IT! your wont get that ability with any other products. Theres no risk you simply LOVE IT or RETURN IT!!!

if your healthy on the inside it will show on the outside, and if it doesn’t, well you cant have everything in life.
sleep well, eat well, exercise, be happy, don’t stress, and pamper your self every now and then with a facial :)
It sounds like face washes dry out your skin, they do my skin as well so I don’t use them. You should try a cleanser which you apply with a cotton wool pad.
To help with the breakouts try neutrogena 3 in 1 cleansing lotion. You just apply some to a cotton wool pad and wipe your entire face with it. It is strong but that is cause it contains a high concentration of salicylic acid which is one of the best ingredients for getting rid of and preventing spots. With that cleansing lotion you always, always have to follow with moisturiser as it’s so strong, I would use neutrogena oil free moisturiser. That also contains some salicylic acid and is a really good moisturiser, I use it every day. It also makes a great make up base.
Drink 1.5- 2 litres of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and to make it look bright and soft. Drinking plenty of water does help the appearance of your skin, although I don’t think it gets rid of spots for everybody but it will at least make your skin look much brighter and healthier and should also help with your dry skin problems.
I would limit tea and coffee and maybe even switch them for green tea which is great for the skin and is packed with antioxidants.
Establish a skin care routine that you can stick to. Every morning cleanse the face, you could then use toner however toner for some skin types can be too much, personally I skip toner and then moisturise. Repeat that at night and exfoliate 1-2 times a week with an exfoliator which is suited to your skin type.
1 – Wash your face in order to make it clean.
2 – Use a toner to tighten the pores.
3 – Apply a cream to moisturize and nourish your skin.
Do those steps every day and night.
Exfoliate once or twice a week.
Apply sunscreen daily to avoid wrinkles and pigmentations.
Hope this helps :)
ITS AMAZINGIt should be useful.
