Always check with your Dr. , but I have heard vitamin E was good for this sort of thing. Look on other vitamins , it should tell on the label of the bottle, what is good for.

You know, that Dove Natural Glow is good. It makes your skin look healthy and not fake, it makes you a little tan, but it’s more of a glow, not a tanning bed thing. Its nice.

Hope that helps!!

Try Vitamin E tablets. Those will work. Also, I take Oil of Olay vitamins for women, they are supposed to help with your hair, skin and nails. I also use Olay Total Effects on my face. I don’t have any wrinkles and have been using regular Oil of Olay since I was about 15 years old. I’m 45 now! Oh, and stay out of the sun.

the very best things to do for healthy looking skin is to drink tons of water (like 10 cups a day) get plenty of sleep (like 8 hours a day–falliong asleep before midnight. for some reason this is proven to be more effective) and to take a good multi-vitamin. be cautious with multi-vitamins, though, because they are not all the same. it must say pharmaceutical grade otherwise there is no way of knowing the quality of the vitamin of if your body will even absorb it. also, dont take vitamins with more than 100% of the total RDA because your liver has to work very hard to filter it all out. your body can only absorb so much and then the rest is peed out. what a waste of money and energy. on a side note, when you take a vitamin, your first pee after taking the pill will be bright yellow. dont be alarmed, thats just all the excess vitamin that didnt get absorbed. good luck!
