What should I do to get healthy looking skin?

So, my skin is finally clearing up! I want to keep it that way, and healthy, too.

Any ideas on how to get healthier skin? Examples on what to eat, or excercises or any facial remedy would be great! Thanks!

first drink lots of water, eat less fatty foods for start cut down or eliminate soda from your diet. Good skin comes from within so think before you eat allot of junk foods

Eat lots of veggies lean meats like chicken fish cut down on your beef or make it a lean cut, and did I mention loads of veggies and lots of water. And of cause clean & moisturize your skin.

clean your skin as much as possible. whenever you sweat, wash your face. at the end of each day (if you wear makeup) clean your skin. oily skin is gross skin. i’d also try some sensitive, smooth body lotion such as ‘aveda’.

moisturize
drink lots of water
eat healthy
get lots of sleep
put on sun screen in the sun

Drink a lot of water(8 glasses) a day and green tea. Eat a lot of fresh veggetables and fruits. Avoid gressy food or junk food. For facial excercises, suck up your cheeks in your mouth, sit striaght for about 5 minutes and relax. do this every night and u’ll be amazed by the results. And make sure u moisturize your skin.

If you had acne I would keep using what you are using. If you think you acne is over and you just need good skin care I would use CereVe cleanser and moisturizer.

eat healthier
keep your skin clean
and keep doing wat youre doing!

I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you too

Eating healthy is key. The fats that you eat make a big difference in skin, hair, and nails. The ones that promote beautiful skin are extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and flax oil. The ones that are harmful are margarine, shortening, and vegetable oils. Obviously it would be good to eat very little meat so you cut down on animal fats.

I don’t have access to coconut oil, but in my cooking I usually use olive oil or butter, on salad

I use olive oil with about 25% flax oil, I also put flax oil in smoothies.
The coconut oil can be used as a lip balm or facial treatment and any time you would use butter in cooking. I can’t afford coconut oil, so I always use butter as it is better than other fats at withstanding high cooking and baking temperatures.

For $10 I got a coffee grinder at Lowes. I grind flax seeds and sprinkle those in smoothies and on other foods. I keep my flax seeds in the freezer because they go bad in about 3 months otherwise. I also have flax oil that I use in salad dressings.

Seeds, nuts, and olives also have good oils in them for you too. So skip foods and salad dressings with veg oil. Learn how to make your own salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil and flax.
