what are some tips to get fantastic, healthy skin?
how can you get glowing, healthy skin? i have sensitive skin so i don’t want to use tons of products. aside from drinking water and getting plenty of sleep, what else can i do?

Well wash your face twice a day with soap and water. Another thing to do with it is use acne pads even if you don`t have acne it prevents it. My face is not 100% perfect but what I do works for me. U don`t really need pro-active to take care of your skin and face. U can also use lotion for softness. I hope this helps!

I drink a lot of water, and I wash my face with regular soap.
It works for me and I also have sensitive skin. Try not using a lot of make up :]


Take fish oil pills, you can get them at a pharmacy or supermarket. They are great for your skin, and are even great for your overall health too! (Take one every morning, its basically a vitamin). Also, use Neutrogena face scrub with invigorating microbeads. The brand Neutrogena was made for people with sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin, use Neutrogena products all the time, and my skin is really good! If you use that twice a day, or only once a normal dial soap once, you’re skin will be oil free. But washing your face does dry out the skin, especially in winter, so get Clinique moisturizer. Clinique is also designed for people with sensitive skin. If you put a dab on all over your face, you won’t feel greasy at all, and your skin won’t even break out. Use that every morning for perfect skin. Also, pluck, wax, or thread your eyebrows. Clean eyebrows give your face a flawless look.

eating a ton of fruits and veggies. like, apples, bananas, tomatoes, etc. but most importantly to get that healthy looking glow, eat your vitamins!!!! that is the most important!

umm also moisterize every morning, never skip a day of washing your face, and once a week its good to put on somekind of face mask. maybe for blackheads, or acne or whatever,

what i use is i smash up a banana with a fork in a bowl, and add a bit of honey and apply it to my face for about 10 to 15 minutes once a week, and it really helps my skin keep soft and clear (:
