Use copious amounts of man-juice as a skin moisturizer
Lots of water, fruits and veggies, and sunscreen! They help you stay vibrant and from getting age spots and premature aging.
kids vitamins, more fruit and veggies and plenty of water verses fruit juice ans soda
take a shower daily and put on lotion
drink lots of water-stay away from too much sugar. use a good face wash-but dont use it too often in one day-i would say only twice…if you use it too much it could cause oily skin. stay away from fast foods, and alot of other fatty foods. and most importantly, although it doesnt seem to be a factor to most but exercise-it does help.
wash their face every night, do not wear makeup to bed.
get a good cleanser , neutrogeana is good.
eat lots of leafy greens.
drink lots of water.
eat foods with healthy fats in them like salmon and almonds.
stay away from caffeine.
excise regularly.
use a skin cleanser, moisturizer, scrub, and toner.
you are probably going to get a few zits in your lifetime, but don’t freak out, its part of puberty.
Drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Wash your face in the morning and at night with the right kind or cleanser for your skin type. Make sure to moisturize.
Well first off all know the basics. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, get plenty of sleep, eat more fresh fruits and vegies and less of junk foods (microwavable food, chips, fried foods, chinese foods, foods with msg or a lot of oil to it etc…) When showering, your friend should use a body soap that’s moisturizing so it doesn’t dry out her skin, there’s a real good one from Olay :) Every morning, she should wash her face wth a cleanser using a soft CLEAN cloth, the cloth should be washed with soap at least once a week since it can get bacteria on it very easily. Then she should use a toner on her face (try to get one that doesn’t use alcohol, there’s a good one from Shiseido) it will even out her skin tone <- of course she doesn’t have to use it. Lastly MOISTURIZE! Tell her to always use a moisturizer on her face, especially ones with SPF 15 and up. There’s a good one from OLAY. Oh and remember to tell her to always put moisturizing lotion on her body after her shower, it will keep the moisture in her skin and it will mke it supple and soft. Hope this helps ;D
-eat healthy foods, citrus helps your skin allot!
-wash your face every night before you go to bed
-you are young and do not need any make up, that will just riun yuor face, you are beatiful the way yuo are
-dont stress out, be happy have fun and relax
-exercise and sweat this will open up you pores and clean then out
- Always wear sunscreen or sunglasses when you go out in the sun.
- Try to keep shampoos, shower gels and conditioners off your face. The chemicals in these products are quite harsh and can harm your skin. When washing hair, make sure it’s off your face and rinsed out properly.
- Always remove your makeup. Makeup clogs your pores as you sleep, causing things such as pimples and blackheads. No matter how tired you are, always clean off your makeup-right down to the very last bit of foundation.
- Keep your hair clean, especially if you have bangs or a fringe. Consider keeping all hair completely off your face. Hair can spread bacteria and germs, especially if it’s not clean. If you have oily hair, make sure you keep it off your face and wash it regularly.
