what are good ways to keep your skin healthy?
I am 13, and I want to have really healthy skin. What should I use to exfoliate my skin, and what is a good make up routine. Everyday I put on foundation, bronzer, mascara/curl my eye lashes, and lip gloss, what type of make up should I use, and what are some tips to when I apply it, make it look natural? The best way to have nice skin is with what you eat. When I purchased a juicer and started juicing carrots, celery, broccoli and apples my skin glowed and everyone commented on how healthy my skin looked.

Moisturise every day soon after having a shower and wait until it settles into the skin before applying foundation.

You can exfoliate your skin every other day and always wear sunblock under your makeup, even in the winter months. Foundation should be light, mineral makeup is natural and healthy. And drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and moist.


Drink lots of water and wash your face at least twice a day. I use Clearasil ultra and I like it and don’t forget to keep it moisturized with lotion. And make sure to take all your makeup off b4 you go to bed. And with your makeup go light, it’s summer so don’t go for those dark colors, although that may be acceptable in the evening.


Try Mary Kay. They have a Velocity set that will cleanse and exfoliate your skin for $ 22. It is inexpensive and healthy for you. Especially the foundation. It won’t clog your pores like many store brands. You can try before you buy with any local Independent consultant. Go to marykay.com and search your area.


eat fish , drink milk
for a nightly routine put vaseliine on your eyelashes (its ment to help them) and put moisteriser on your face, it doesnt really matter if its cheap or expensive as long as its a known brand like 17 or vaseline or something like that !

use rimmel london 12 hour casting by rimmel london, just put it on before you go out, it lasts basically all day.

dior kiss, the light pink shade, apply it before you go out, and half way in youur day out ( most likely at lunch)

the colossal mascara by maybelline, NEVER apply it twice a day, it makes it go clumpy, and it stays perfect all day, so just once a day top up will do.

if you want to look natural make sure there is no line inbetween your face and the neck with foundation
hardly any mascara
no eyeliner
a bit of blusher on the cheek bones
and thats it


the best way is to keep your makeup minimum. Foundation for everyday is not good girl ! it clogs your pore
So my suggestion is cleanse your skin 2 or 3 times a day, use a sunscreen religiously, and add a moisturizer before you apply makeup.
Every once a week steam your face, after that scrub your skin, and use a face mask.

if you want to keep your skin healthy you need to forget about makeup,foundation of any kind , believe me I never use makeup & people think I am 9 years younger than my age I only suggest to use lip gloss, or eye mascara no more than that you´re too young to use make up & use a olay moisturizer or any aveeno moisturizer to achieve a healthy glow ,drink alot of water, eat veggies ,fruits exercise, & exfoliate your skin 1 a week , & be happy.


Hi, I’m 14, and I would recommend eating healthily, and drinking plenty of water. It honestly helps. Maybe limit the amount of makeup that you put on to make it a little more natural. A good makeup routine is cleansing with tea tree oil face wipes, or non scented face wipes, then wash your face with warmish water first, then wash with a light face wash. I like neutrogena spot stress control. After this you can apply makeup. I would say apply conceler to any blemished areas, and then maybe a small amount of blush if you need a bit of colour. After this I would say put on some lip balm, then lipgloss. I also recommend putting vaseline on your eye lashes and eye lids before makeup as the mascara will go on easier, and it gives a lovely shimmer to eyes. This routine will make sure that you can look good, but also keep your skin healthy at the same time. :) Less is more.
