What are some things to do for healthy skin and face?
Can someone tell me things I shud do for healthy skin.. I have not too oily or not too dry skin… I dont have too many pimples but I get these little bumps on my face from time to time how do I get rid of them? and what should I add to my diet plans? as well tell me some homemade skin care recipes..mousturizing, cleaning and toning…as well as how often should I do each…and how many days a week…..

Eat lots of fruit and veggies, drink plenty of water. Sometimes taking vitamin E and flax oil capsules helps.

add protein, h20 and green veggies to your diet..try using an avocado mask…(mash up a avocado in your blender) twice a week and leave it on for 20 minutes :) good luck
The little bumps could just be from sweating. I use Principal secret products. Drink lots of water. Make sure to wash & moisturize face twice a day.
