Is sleep an important factor in maintaining healthy skin?
Sometimes in the morning when I wake up I notice my skin is especially clear and looks more healthy than usual, and it is always when I have slept for a long time. This tends to happen at weekends, when I have lie-ins. So is sleep really good for your skin??

Duh!

Sleep and water are the VERY VERY main factors of keeping healthy and fresh skin as well as maintaining them! When your a sleep most of your muscle’s rest and your brain is tension free which then results in you being happy and fresh in the morning! Water is also a key factor is maintaining skin… you see your WHOLE body has 70% of water IN IT… which leaves ONLY 20% BLOOD… so you can see why water is VERY IMPORTANT!

Hope this helps… have a goodnight sleep! ;)

yes sleep it very important

Yes

While sleeping, all the organs in your body are at rest, and night is when your skin best repairs itself. So, be especially mindful at night NOT to eat salty foods before bed so you don’t dehydrate, and get plenty of rest so your skin can best replenish itself.
