hi,
For a glowing skin, make a paste with powdered lemon and apply to face regularly. Also you can put your face in a bassin of very cold water as long as you can hold your breath. to do several times.
Ripe Papaya pulp does very good for glowing face!
But the best which i practice since long is a home made facial every week.
mostly by not getting too much sun, no tan’s.
apply suncream everytime you go out.
use face wash. such as, exfoliating cream’s by Za. or other products by st.ives
apply cream/moisturizer to your face everynight before you sleep. as it helps keep ur face moist and prevent it from drying due to airconditioning or other stuff.
washing helps a lot. but not too much.
oh and before i forget, egg white and cucumber helps too. and eat cooling things. ex: watermelon. or cooling waters
