Okay, here’s what you do:
*BE KIND TO YOUR FACE. Never poke at, or squeeze, zits you all ready have. This can spread bacteria and blah blah blah…. And never touch your face with “unclean” hands; wash them before you scratch.
*EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUIT. A colorful meal, is a healthy meal =) Try to at least eat one of at least three or four colors of the rainbow every day.Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. (ex. Red apple, orange, banana, green grapes, blueberries, plums)
*DRINK MORE WATER. 6-8 glasses a day should keep your skin hydrated and healthy.
*AVOID SUGAR. Eat as less sugar as possible, no matter how hard it is!
*EXERCISE MORE! Sweat actually helps your skin.
*SPF 15. Wear at least SPF 15 sunblock everyday, no matter if it’s summer or winter, fall or spring.
*WASH YOUR FACE BEFORE YOU GO TO BED. Your body cleans its self the most around 10:00pm, so wash your face with soap and room temperature water a little before then. USE ROOM TEMP WATER because any sudden huge temperature changes to your face could cause you to break out even more.
*DON’T USE MOISTURIZERS. The truth is, they don’t really do anything good for your skin, and can sometimes make things worse.
*CHANGE YOUR PILLOW CASE OFTEN. Or sleep with your hair pulled back and away from your face, The bacteria from your pillowcase could get on your hair and then get on your face.
Here are some things you can try:
*Put lemon juice on your face, then let it dry. Wash off with room temp. water.
*Boil some water until it steams a lot. Pour into a bowl and put your face near it so it absorbs the steam.
You can make an easy, homemade facial make…
*Put a banana, and 1 tbsp honey, and a few drops of lemon or orange juice into a bowl and mix well. Apply to face. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with a cool, or a steamy warm washcloth.
