Dan has chosen to work behind the scenes, handling all of the franchises finances and serving as the nuts and bolts of the company, as he has ample experience running businesses of his own. His wife Robin, on the other hand, serves as the face of the company, working day to day, using her vibrant personality as the magnet to attract new employees and clients to her day spas in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. When asked to delve deeper into the reason for such durability, Robin Valentine noted that franchises success stems from longevity within the company. We pride ourselves in having a great work environment. Were very fortunate to have great staff that has great longevity; some of our therapists here now opened the door with us five years ago. We dont have a lot of turnover, and we have an amazing manager who works very hard to listen to our staff and educate them on how to make clients want to continue to walk in the door. We do a lot of outreach, charity, and corporate events which constantly gets us referrals. Guests constantly note how thrilled they are to have a close-knit establishment that specializes in everything from massages to facials in Lawrenceville and Princeton, New Jersey.
