semen is good for ur face. its got a lot of protein in it.
Stay out of the sun, apply a SPF 45 or higher, don’t smoke, use AmLactin and Neutrogena Rejuvenator and Ageless Intensives day and night creams.
usually skin can only be healthy and tanned if you’re naturally dark or a spray on tan. tans damage skin.. use a moisturizer at night and a sunscreen during the day
To make your skin brighter, glowing and soft you can:
-use facial masks. These can help to refresh and rejuvenate the skin, leaving it soft and glowing. Also, use these once every week.
-regularly wash your skin, use toner and moisturizer. Facial scrubs are also good for your skin. Make sure you wash your face in lukewarm water (warm water).
-It also depends on your skin type.
-Also, drink water and eat healthy with exercise.

Whenever you are going in the sun use a sun block with SPF 30 or higher on your entire body. Use products with an SPF 15 or higher on your face, neck and chest daily.
Once a week when you get a chance, exfoliate. They make great natural body scrubs with pumpkin and sugar that you use in the shower in a gentle circular motion. Your skin will feel amazing. Don’t use it more than once a week or your skin will start to shed too much and you will end up with raw areas.
Every day when you get out of the shower use a lotion on your entire body. My favorite is Nivea skin firming.
As far as tanning, use a spray tanner at your local salon. They look fantastic. If you insist on using the tanning bed, still use a sun block with SPF 15 to protect your skin. Don’t go more than one to two times a week. The point is to have a beautiful glow, not to be a really unnatural dark brown. You will end up looking like a leather bag when you’re older.
