How to get pretty healthy skin with no makeup?
I am almost 15 and I get breakouts and I’ve been trying all kinds of stuff to clear it up. It’s getting better I used to get big painful blemishes but now I’m getting a lot of tiny ones and my skin isn’t smooth anymore. I also have acne scars. I want to get pretty skin without makeup. I wear concealer and tinted moisturizer. What are some products to get really pretty and healthy skin??
Thanks
I’m 15 right now and I’ve had the same problem, plus blackheads on my nose. But I got the neutrogena wave and it’s gotten rid of the blackheads and is getting rid of the acne scars. It makes your skin so soft too. You should try it. Going to sleep early and drinking a lot of water helps too (especially the sleep part, cause I’ve always drank a lot of water).
you should ask for the clarisonic for christmas. Its a skin cleaner. It ACTUALLY works and cleans your skin better… Not like those crappy “wave” things.
go to QVC.com and search “clarisonic”. It is an investment (200 dollars).
other than that, honestly, you can search for magic products… i definitely did. But when it comes down to it, its just age and hormones. Just go on birth control. its the only way to truely fix the hormones and your skin will get better. I went on birth control at 15 for my skin and it helped SO much.
I use Proactiv but that definitely isn’t for everyone. Other than that a product I really love is Aveeno Ultra Calming lotion. It is guaranteed to improve skin tone and redness due to dry or acne prone skin. This makes my skin look really good, I use it every morning after my shower and again before bed each night. It has an SPF of 15 to protect you if you don’t want to wear makeup outside. It is a little expensive, at around $30 a bottle at any drug store, but any cleanser, toner and moisturizer should be incorporated into your daily skin care routine. I hear Neutrogena works great, too. You could take a daily Vitamin D supplement. This is mainly to help your bones become healthier, but I find that it makes my skin look great! If you do decide to wear makeup, make sure it says “non-pore clogging”, “oil free”, or “non-comedogenic”. Those basically mean that they won’t clog your pores, causing acne.
Good luck!
i think i’m seeing a dermatologist, maybe that’s what you should do
I use ONLY Biore for my skin-care routine and Physicians Formula for my makeup. I am 31 and have struggled with acne for all of my life and just recently discovered that I have very, very, very sensitive skin. Biore can be kind of expensive but is well worth it. Also, drink lots and lots and lots of water. Too much sugar and caffeine can and will wreak havoc on your skin. Just be very careful of what you put on your skin. The more you try to cover up any blemishes, the more harm and damage you are likely causing.
