How do you keep your skin healthy?
Besides cleaning your face, what are some things that you can do to keep your skin healthy? I heard that drinking water helps alot, is that true? What are other ways?

yes drinking lots of water definatly make a huge difference because it gets rid of almost all toxins in your body its natural, I would suggest eating no sugars because that can cause huge breakouts. and eat lots of salads. And do not touch your face! You do not have to wash your face day and night (thats not natural) It gets rid of oils that your skin needs for a healthy glow and complexion. Hope i helped!

Drinking water, getting enough sleep, washing face when you wake up and when before you sleep, and not to wear make-up every single day. You need to let your face breathe.

I have very healthy skin. I don’t use foundation or anything , so step one stop putting chemicals on your face. Water helps A LOT. I drink a lot of water and this is why i never break out. Im 16 , at this age almost everyone has pimples. Eat whole grains and fruits. They help your skin. Just eat healthy in general. Don’t touch your face with dirty hands. Always wash your face in the morning and at night and apply moisturizer. You don’t have to get an expensive face moisturizer. I use Aveeno Daily Radiance. Trust me it works.

i drink water and eat veggies, i take mutli vitamins and an antioxident pill, i exfoliate, i use sugar and lemon, and im going to start making a paste out of green tea powder and use it as a mask, this is going to sound wierd, but gerber baby food (sweet potato) has 410% of vitamin A in it (its a form of retinol) i think i might start using that as a mask also. and moisturize! and try to get a prescripiton for retinol if you can. but you dont have to start using that until your mid 20′s

face wash!
