How do you get immaculate healthy, good looking skin?!?

You’d need a healthy diet (lean meats, veggies, fruits, whole grains), LOTS of water, and plenty of sleep. How does sleep affect skin? Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror after a night with little sleep? Everything sags, color is bad, etc. The products one uses would depend on their individual skin. One “size” doesn’t fit all.

The best way to get good looking skin, I find, is to drink a lot of water and try not to eat sugar. Yes, try to get a healthy amount of sleep. Use a simple cream moisturizer and exfoliate your face, then follow up with a cream cleanser. Remember, you are what you eat, so if you love greasy potato chips and candy, your skin will reflect that. Smoking and drinking also have an effect on the way your skin looks.
