I’ve always had clear skin on my face at lest the rest of my body gets really dry especially in the winter time i think maybe that’s why my face dosen’t break out because oily skin cause you break out right?

Any way what are somethings i can do to keep healthy skin like what vitamins or how many times should i wash my face

lotion up,i use olay,and go short on chocolate


Wash your face twice a day; once when you wake up and again before you go to bed.

Also, drink plenty of water.


wash your face once in the morning and once at night, or just once at night if it starts drying your face out. eat lots of fruit and vegetables and take vitamins B and A, E, and zinc. also drink lots and lots of water, which will give you healthy, glowy skin


okay first of all cut down on the suger you might think tthat that is not the probbly but half of it might be so i am not saying never eat suger a day just don’t eat a a lot. then drink 1 CUP of cranbury juice a day and 8-12 Cups of water a day. your skin will feel clear and hydrated. you have dry skin mostly b/c you don’t drink a lot of WATER. and also mosterize your skin dailey that will help also.
