A dehydrated body means dehydrated skin in the end. If you take this tip and stop drinking these for at least a month, your dry, itchy skin days will be no more.
Drinking water does not have to be a chore. Just substitute all those carbonated drinks with a nice bottle of water every time you feel thirsty. You can add a little flavor to your water by adding a squirt of lemon or lime. If you want to try something different, add cucumber, a hint of lemon and a couple drops of mint to bring the water to life. That’ll do the trick.
