School is gonna start soon and I want amazing skin since I’m going back to my old school after 2 years. So I want to know first whats the best skin care product to buy at a Department store or Drugstore? Then if you pleease can What are the best foods to eat for healthy skin aswell? Thank you so much.

The best skin care product really depends on your skin type. Clinique has really good face/skin care products though…

Eat lots of green veggies

Fruits or fruit juices (from concentrate)
Try to stay away from greasy foods, like; fries, chips, and that kinda stuff.
If you eat healthy and moisturize a lot, your skin will be beautiful without makeup; eventually, it takes a while.
I’m not sure what your skin type is, so I don’t know if you need ance treatment or if your skin is sensitive and all that so I’ll just give you the brand name.
The face washes and moisturizers I use are the St.Ives products. they are usually less expensive that other brands like nuetrogena and St.Ives doesn’t test on animals which is something I always look for.
For your skin, just make sure you try to get in 6-8 glasses of water a day. It helps me to drink it with some lemon slices in it. I notice that doing that my skin has felt better.

Eat 7-9 servings of veggies/fruit a day and don’t go overboard with junkfood.
And if you can buy a box of green tea, drinking it also helps.
For skin products, you must first find out your skin type, if you have oily skin, normal or dry. Aveeno makes really good skin products, but also Shiseido for sensitive skin. As for best foods, for a healthy skin, avoid eating a lot of fried stuff. and drink lots of water, avoid sugary drinks like sodas or even fruitjuice, Also eat a lot of fruit, preferably raspberries and oranges, they will make your skin soft. Eat cucumbers and potatoes, cucumbers have a lot of water and potatoes being roots and all have tons of water. If you must eat out, try to go to a health fast food restaurant, such as Subway or Togos, avoid going to McD’s or Burger joints.
